Overview
Refinery and terminal turnarounds compress months of maintenance into weeks. Cleaning, gas-freeing, and entry-readiness work happens against an unforgiving critical path, and slipping cascades into days of lost production.
IMS embeds a turnaround support crew within the client's maintenance organisation, running confined-space rescue teams, gas testers, hot-work permit issuers, and scaffolding coordinators alongside our regular cleaning operations.
We've supported turnarounds across the Aegean and Adriatic since 2018, with average crew sizes of 12–40 personnel depending on the asset and the agreed scope.
