Overview
Hydro-blasting removes deposits that mechanical and chemical methods can't reach, including calcium scale, hardened coke, polymerised hydrocarbons, and refractory coatings, without introducing chemical contamination into the process stream.
IMS operates triplex pumps rated up to 500 bar feeding rigid lances, automated tank-bottom turbines, and exchanger-tube nozzles. Every job is risk-assessed for jet trajectory, ricochet, and confined-space ingress, and operators work under our documented waterjet safety procedures.
Delivered standalone for surface preparation, or integrated with our tank cleaning and chemical cleaning workflows on complex assets.
