Chemical Cleaning
Specialized chemical cleaning for industrial equipment and process units.
Overview
Chemical cleaning dissolves what mechanical methods can't reach (mill scale, iron oxide, sulfide deposits, ammonia salts) without disassembling the equipment.
IMS formulates and circulates inhibited cleaning solutions (hydrochloric, citric, sulfamic, and alkaline EDTA-based blends) sized for the asset and the deposit. We design the loop, control velocity and temperature, monitor inhibitor depletion in real time, and pass the system back to operations passivated and ready for service.
Used standalone for pre-commissioning and turnaround chemical cleaning, or in sequence with hydro-blasting and tank entry on complex assets.
