Overview
Pipelines accumulate scale, hydrocarbons, and product residue that throttle flow, reduce thermal transfer, and create safety hazards during maintenance. IMS delivers end-to-end internal pipeline cleaning across refineries, terminals, and process plants.
Our methods combine mechanical pigging trains with inhibited chemical circulation and high-pressure water jetting up to 500 bar, selected per pipeline geometry, deposit type, and the operational window agreed with the client.
Every project includes nitrogen purging, gas-free certification, and a documented closeout package suitable for refinery turnaround audits.
