Who we are

"IMS" refers to Industrial & Maritime Services, registered at Dervenakion 24, 18545 Piraeus, Greece. We provide industrial and maritime cleaning and emergency response services. We are the data controller for any personal information you submit through this website.

What we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, your mail client sends us the fields you filled in: name, company, email, phone, the service line you selected, and the body of your message. We do not run server-side form processing, so we receive only what your email client delivers to info@ims.eco.

The site does not require account creation, does not run user analytics, and does not currently set advertising or tracking cookies. See our cookies policy for the (short) list of technical cookies.

Why we use it

We use the information you provide to:

  • respond to your enquiry, quote, or tender;
  • coordinate site visits, surveys, and mobilisations;
  • maintain a record of client communication for our quality management system.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with marketing or advertising third parties. We share information with operational partners (e.g. licensed waste-reception facilities, port authorities) only when it is strictly necessary to deliver the service you have asked us to perform, and only the minimum amount required for that operational task.

How long we keep it

Quote and project records are retained for as long as required by Greek commercial and tax law, then archived securely. General contact-form messages that do not lead to a project are retained for up to two years and then deleted.

Your rights under GDPR

If you are in the EU/EEA you have the right to:

  • request a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • request correction of inaccurate or outdated information;
  • request deletion ("right to be forgotten") subject to legal retention obligations;
  • request restriction of processing;
  • port your data to another controller in a structured format;
  • lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.

How to contact us

For any data-related request, email info@ims.eco with the subject line "Data request" and we will respond within thirty days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of the page reflects the most recent change. Material changes that affect how we use existing data will be communicated directly to the affected individuals where possible.
