IMS was set up in 2018 to do one thing well: clean the assets that keep refineries, fuel terminals, and vessels in service. Storage tanks heavy with hydrocarbon sludge. Pipelines fouled with scale. Holds and bilges that need to pass survey before the next charter. The unplanned spills that need a crew on site within hours.
We built the company around three things our clients consistently ask for: a documented, repeatable approach to safety; a method statement that survives audit; and crews that can mobilise on short notice without cutting corners.
Today IMS works alongside refinery maintenance teams, terminal operators, shipowners, and port authorities across Greece. Every project closes out with the same paperwork we'd want to see if we were the ones receiving the asset back.

Safety first, then schedule
Confined-space entry, hot-work permits, gas testing, and lockout/tagout are non-negotiable. We'd rather defer a job by a shift than skip a step.
Document everything
Every cubic metre lifted has a manifest. Every project closes with a package the client can put into their next audit.
Recover what's recoverable
Sludge is a waste stream and a hydrocarbon stream. Our centrifugation workflow separates and returns clean oil for re-injection or resale, not just disposal.
